Real Curriculum From Accredited Educators
Our curriculum offers a truly integrative approach, developed in partnership with Purdue University, to meet desired standards through an engineering design-based pedagogical model which enables expert-to-novice educators to teach vital capabilities in programming, robotics, automation, logistics, engineering design, systems thinking, creative problem solving, and much more.
The STEM Education Works curriculum meets all the top technology standards, such as Standards for Technological Literacy (STL), Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), and the Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA) K-12 Computer Science Standards, while ensuring the development of the critical-thinking, problem-solving and technical skills needed for the workforce.
Designed to empower students in grades 6 to 12 to integrate science and mathematics concepts into design-based learning engineering practices, our curriculum helps students become better problem solvers, creative and critical thinkers, and collaborators – skills that are necessary in the workforce and all areas of life.
Our industry-aligned curriculum includes enough material to span the duration of a semester. It can be offered as a standalone course, or easily implemented along existing material in an appropriate STEM or CTE pathway course. Our living curriculum changes with the latest developments in technology, keeping the lessons relevant to the ever-changing industry.
Our teacher-designed, industry-aligned curriculum cultivates the practical skills needed for student success in the workforce. Targeted toward students in grades 6-12, our curriculum offers a truly integrative approach to meeting desired standards.
