STEM Education Works Expands STEM Learning Opportunities with Ozobot
April 7, 2025The STEM Education Works team recently returned from the ITEEA 2025 Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, where creativity and innovation took center stage. Held April 2–5, this year’s event brought educators and industry leaders together to explore the latest in technology and engineering education. STEM Education Works experts were proud to be part of the energy.
Damiana, Sarah, and Dr. Jake represented the team and engaged with fellow educators, shared ideas, and demonstrated some of our favorite hands-on tools. From coding kits to classroom-ready electronics, it was a chance to show how STEM can come alive with the right materials and support. Great connections were made.
One of the highlights of the conference was Dr. Jake’s presentation on micro:bit, a tiny device with huge potential. He shared how this pocket-sized tool introduces key coding and electronics concepts in a way that’s approachable and fun for students. Through hands-on projects and real-world applications, micro:bit helps students move from learning to doing, building confidence one program at a time. Many guests attended and walked away with a better understanding of how a kit could be beneficial in their classroom and beyond.
Thanks to ITEEA for another incredible year of collaboration, inspiration, and community.
